oven to 450º
flour, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl.
in butter until it resembles coarse meal.
milk and mix well.
out onto lightly floured board and knead lightly about 10 times.
out to 1-inch thickness. Cut with 3-inch floured cutter.
on lightly greased baking sheet.
in 450º oven for 15 minutes or until tests done.
to rack and brush with melted butter. Serve warm.
